"WELL BEING" is an 8 part television series which is all about stress management featuring stress expert Ely Bay. Each program is based around a theme such as health, sports, relationships, and starts with an introduction to the stresses to be found in an aspect of one's life. This is followed by a "stress test" designed to help viewers identify their own stresses. The host then provides specific exercises that will help reduce the effects of the stress.
An accompanying workbook, audio-tapes, and a home-video are part of a home-learning package that are available for sale.
